On 8 October 2021, a little bear dog ran into a primary school in Bijang district, Bhongren City, Guizhou, and was discovered by school security officers, who did not drive him away, nor trap him and throw him out of the school campus, but instead “capturing his head from the mouth to the back of his neck with a clamp and hitting him repeatedly with a nail on the top of his head, resulting in a skull piercing and cutting off the whole jaw ...”.
The scene of this bloody violence is real in primary school campuses, which is chilling to countless people.
Little Pygmy did not attack, did not hurt anyone. It simply lost its homes and missed school, but did not expect such brutal violence.
For the time being, we do not know whether the children of the school have witnessed such violence, hopefully not! It is to be hoped that the children do not see such bloody violence, and that they do not see the sight of human beings turning a blind eye to life and killing it indiscriminately. It is hoped that this has not caused indelible harm to their young souls.
Article 50 of the Law on the Protection of Minors prohibits the production, reproduction, publication, publication and dissemination of books, newspapers, films, radio and television programmes, stage art works, audio-visual works, electronic publications and web-based information that promote pornography, pornography, violence, cults, superstition, gambling, incitement to suicide, terrorism, separatism, extremism, etc. Violence committed in the presence of minors should, of course, also be prohibited, and violence committed in schools where minors live is of course highly undesirable.
There's a dog on the campus, and it's absolutely understandable that the security guards are trying to get the dog out of the school as soon as possible, for reasons of child safety.
But there are many ways to evict a dog, either simply to evict it or to trap it, to keep it in a cage, to avoid the dog harming the child in a panic, or to show the human caring for the animal, but the security guard chose one of the most unacceptable practices!
Besides, it was a pear dog who got into the school. As you all know, a panda is a small pet dog, warm, sensitive, naughty and cute. Such a puppy would not have been active if it had not been in extreme circumstances. When security found it, it was not an emergency, and there was ample time to take more moderate measures to deal with it.
The pear dog has been sent to the pet hospital for treatment, and there are many tests ahead.
Following this incident, many interested persons reported the incident to the police and complained to the local education authorities. According to article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Minors, “any organization or individual who discovers a situation which is detrimental to the physical or mental health of a minor or which infringes his or her legitimate rights and interests shall have the right to discourage, suppress or lodge a complaint or complaint with the public security, civil affairs, education, etc. The authorities concerned shall receive and deal with complaints, complaints or reports concerning minors in a timely manner, in accordance with the law, and shall inform the units and persons concerned of the outcome of the proceedings in an appropriate manner.”
Up to now, aid workers have communicated with the school community, which has indicated its willingness to cover half of the cost of Pyre's treatment, and the local educational authorities and the police have not provided a formal response and results.
