In September, the Fukuo City Dogs Regulation was approved. The Regulations specify a limit of one dog per household. However, if the dog that was raised prior to the application of this regulation is a dog-hundreder, the dog-bearer shall remove the dog only from the facility or deliver it to the canine-nurse only; if it is a non-prohibited dog in excess of the limit, the dog-bearer may apply for registration.
Chongqing: The dog is not tied to be warned or fined
On 1 June, the Chongqing City Dogs Regulation introduced the following regulations: a dog can be raised in each household in the area of priority management; an uncivilized act, such as leaving a dog with no dog rope or dog tags and having a length of more than 1.5 metres, in which the public security authorities warn or impose a fine of between $100 and $500; and a fine of between $500 and $1,000 in serious cases.
