Another sad news came to light on October 19, when an old man in south-east Guizhou, with a 1-year-old boy on his way home, was bitten by a dog that suddenly ran away, causing the left arm of the elderly to be cut off and the boy to have multiple tooth marks.
In the light of the past, why have these people not learned the lessons and remain in the same position as they were, with their strong dogs, and ultimately lead to a tragic situation?
In addition to surprises, there is the false self-confidence that a dog does what it says and does not bite, so that there is no rope, but often the less important it is, the more accidents occur.
So the owner of the Chengdu Ronawi can be held in criminal detention, and there is no disagreement that the dog made a mistake and the dog owner must be held responsible, as is the case in the south-west of Guizhou where the dog injured.
