The pet doctor took care of the patient and thanked the man who found the dog. So did the dog accidentally run out and run into the bad guy, or was he abused by the adopter?

There are floating animals shelters in some countries where they can be temporarily housed for many people. But dogs and cats are growing fast, and there are not so many people who can have standard animals. Although the people at the shelter also expect every dog to be looking for a successful home, the vast majority of wild cats and dogs at the time, because of their lack of identity and classic stories, were unable to find people to support them. If many people wanted to take them, they would save money for the shelter. It is not uncommon for a dog or cat to be taken to a shelter, and later to appear.
Although “advance alternative purchase” is also often advocated, it is true that at this stage the total number of stray dogs in most major cities is large, even if there is not enough for each household, let alone for the adopters to understand whether or not they are pets, have assets and have a much smaller house ...
