On 1 January of this year, the Management of Dogs in the Seagate District of Nantung City was officially introduced, with civilized dogs becoming the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. In order to contribute to the implementation of the sustainable management of civilized cities, and to invest in the creation of the "Beautiful Three Stars" so that pets are no longer a "sweet burden", the Samsung Town Women's Federation fully utilized the voluntary power of towels to carry out the "civil dog" initiative for the common good.

Visiting publicity, home visit of the Scavenger.
Under the umbrella of the Union of Town Women's Unions, the village women's union executives have been running a practical project to create a “she” advocacy volunteer corps, and have posted posters and sweet tips in areas with high levels of traffic, such as community service centres, main roads, village gymnasiums, etc., in order to create a strong public awareness and raise awareness among villagers of civilized dogs. It also acts as an “iron-footboard” for the conduct of a mapping of the village-wide canine base numbers, conducting a one-to-one, house-to-house civil dog education for “stabbing officers”, a “dogguard” application registration tutor, rabies vaccination notices, distributing more than 5,300 copies of information materials, conducting a full-cover campaign for dog-keepers in 26 village districts, and creating a good social atmosphere for further regulation of dog management only.

Vaccination. "Strike Red" for her.
The Samsung Town Women ' s Federation has been active in assisting the town ' s Civilized Dog Office to focus on vaccinating dogs only, setting up centralized vaccination points in villages on the basis of the principle of proximity to inoculation and the availability of all kinds of animals, organizing services such as orderly guidance, vaccination registration, field publicity, etc., for the vaccination of volunteers, in order to ensure quiet and orderly inoculations, civil queues, rapid registration, accurate vaccinations, medical recycling, and re-education on the behaviour of civilized dogs, such as the holding of regular medical examinations, holding of dogs, obtaining of certificates, cleaning of excreta and stopping barking.
In the next phase, the volunteers will focus on road patrols to stop, educate and walk dogs in a timely manner, and prevent uncivil behaviour such as the uncivilization of dogs and excrement and dog barking, further raising awareness of popular norms, science and civilized dogs, “love” and “no loss of chain” of civilized dogs.
