I'm gonna make the neighborhood no more walkers, no ropes, I'm gonna sue!"
In the early hours of 13 November, a 35-year-old young girl, Lu Xiaolin, jumped from the 32nd floor of the ceiling and ended her life.

After the fall, more than 100 neighbors gave their own condolences.
Her death brought to light a long-suffering communal evil.
It started two months ago.
In mid-September, Hyo Lin was on her way to work with a group of untied dogs, one of whom ran towards her, and who was afraid of the dog from an early age, had to pick up a little branch to defend herself against the dog.
I didn't expect this to happen, but the old ladies, who walk the ropes on the streets, were scolded.
They began to live up to their obligations, and every morning they worked in the Hyo Lins by blockage, provocation, insult and even assault.
The daughter-in-law of one of the old wives slapped her in the face, and others hit her with a long stick.
More than that, it's still behind.
After frequent bullying, the family of the old lady also insulted Hyo Lin in various proprietors:
"I hear there's a crazy woman who's not an owner these days."
"She's not human, she's one of my dogs."
This mental plus physical attack lasted two months.
During this period, Hyo Lin has tried to solve the problem in a decent manner, through various channels, and has failed.
On 12 November, after being beaten again by a dog walking an old wooden stick, Hyo Lin made such a “remains” in the community:
Did Hyo-lin's death deter those who walk the dogs without a rope?
Nothing.
The old wife, who had been in conflict with her, had moved away from the district on the same day, and the family had not yet received an apology.
It is even more ironic that eight days after the incident, the community continues to be bitten by untied dogs.
It is hard to imagine how inhuman she has been in two months.
But fighting for life is worthless!
The family hurts, the enemy hurts!
