In recent days, Chongqing Xiao Yin has taken her own Alaskan dog to the Chengdu pet dog training centre to train her pets in socialization so that they are not afraid to live. But when it comes to your pet dying, it's hard for Yin to understand how she died for no reason.
Because my Alaskan dog was afraid of life and feared that he would behave excessively when he grew up with strangers, he was sent to a dog training centre in Chengdu for social training. Three months later, however, the training centre called and stated that the dog had suddenly died. I'm surprised and sad that it's only two years old, how can it die for nothing? The training center should be in charge. However, the matter of compensation has been pending.
In February this year, Chongqing Xiaoyan sent her Alaskan dog “Morgan” to a pet dog training centre in Chengdu for social training so that it would not be afraid of life. In three months, Yan saw a welcome change in Morgan. On 5 May, however, the training centre suddenly told Yan that Morgan had died, and that the centre would be responsible for the death of the dog. However, no substantive agreement was reached between the parties for several months on the matter of compensation. On 15 September, Xiao Yan called the Washington City News 96111 hotline to remind the public about his experience of dog-keeping and the institution's approval of dog trainer.
Dogs are afraid of a Q-Q group.
Looking at the photo of “Morgan” alone, Chongqing female Xiaoyan was still sad, raised over two years of dogs and died unexpectedly after three months in a training centre.
Early in February this year, Xiaoyan from Chongqing sent a call for help from the QQuartet in the pet ring in the hope of finding a training centre that, through social training, would free “Morgan” from fear of life. Since the age of two, “Morgan” has behaved timidly and does not allow strangers to come near and, if they do, they act aggressively. In the eyes of Yin, I was anxious, "If I don't train, I'm afraid I'll bite."
Shortly after the letter was sent, a training centre staff member found her and spoke on the telephone for two or three hours. "He says he's from Chengdu, the master is in Chongqing, he's trained a dog by himself. There are currently 10 in the center, three times a day..." Xiao Yan said that after an introduction, she felt that the person was a professional person and then initially promised to deliver for 10 months, paying $15,000 for training.
Early the following morning, the staff member arrived in Chongqing, signed a contract and took off “Morgan”, at an initial cost of $11,000 for the next two weeks.
Three months later, the dog suddenly died.
In the first two or three months, the Xiao Yin Society often received photographs and videos from the training centre about “Morgan”, “The dog's mouth is in good shape, lying on the lawn, staff touching its head, and no aggressive action.” In April, the staff member had recommended a special perfume that would be useful in correcting the behaviour of “Morgan”, and she agreed and paid an additional $2,200. In mid-April, the staff member sent him a video of “Morgan” and was very pleased to see the dog jump. But she didn't know it was the last one.
On the eve of the fifty-first year, Yan asked the Training Centre to look at “Morgan”, which was rejected by the staff on the grounds that he was away. On 5 May, the training centre called and “Morgan” died and “was ready to run that morning and suddenly collapsed”. "How can a young dog die so easily?"
On 6 May, Xiaoyan arrived in Chengdu to follow up with the Training Centre. Xiao Yin offered $50,000 in compensation, and the Centre offered to refund more than $13,000 in contributions and to replace the same type of dog, but the parties did not agree. Subsequently, after a second consultation, a staff member of the Training Centre wrote a note of arrears and pledged to pay Xiao Yan $37,000 in two instalments by 20 August. The parties also applied handprints on the outstanding notes. To date, however, Xiaoyan has received no compensation and no response from the Centre.
Training centre: canine death or hidden disease
In the afternoon, the journalist contacted Mr. Cheng, who is responsible for the training centre. He said that the lead “Morgan” had been in good shape for months, but the dog had accidentally died during routine training on 5 May. They went to see a doctor and guessed it could be a result of an invisible disease and informed Yan first.
Mr. Cheng said that the dog died at the centre, and in any case the centre was responsible and would not be abandoned. However, he would not accept the $37,000 offered by Xiao Yan for “the market price of an Alaskan dog is more than 3000, and I will pay tens of thousands, which seems to be a bit too much”. Although he did, he believed that he had been forced to write at his strong request and that the matter should be implemented through a fair judgement of the law.
The experts suggest that the dog take a look at the site himself.
Zhang Yong Jun, Secretary-General of the Provincial Pets Association, stated that in recent years, with the development of the pet industry, more and more dogs had entered the family. In order to regulate the behaviour of pet dogs, they are trained only to be transported. At present, the training of pet dogs is at a very early stage of development and has not yet been regulated owing to the lack of a uniform domestic standard and the uneven levels, site conditions, etc. At present, civilian dog trainers are largely self-inflicted by experience combining market demand.
According to a senior dog trainer in Chengdu, there are many reasons for the sudden death of a dog, which can be caused by an outbreak of disease or by heat. In addition, the improper conduct of trainers is not excluded.
How do you train pet dogs safely? Zhang Yong Jun gave five suggestions. First, the dog owner should have a good communication with the instructor, indicating his intention to train the dog and informing him of the intended effect; Second, it would be useful to visit the training site in person to see whether the hardware facilities and hygiene at the site were up to standard and whether the site was disinfected; third, the dog trainer approach to field visits, the training process and the qualifications and experience of the trainers. The qualifications of the instructors can be obtained by means of other means, such as the examination of qualifications for canine competitions; Fourth, the market for training prices is uneven, and the owners do not simply seek low prices, the lower the price, the worse the hardware facilities at the training site may be; Fifth, the selection of accredited formal training institutions, as well as licensed training venues, should be made as far as possible.
