“At night, the dog barked and the inhabitants of our building were unable to sleep.” In the past few days, Mr. Ding, a resident of the Kelley Gardens district, has repeatedly complained about a pet hospital next to the district, which he considers to be too close to the neighbourhood building and frequent harassment.

“Before late at 11 p.m., our building owners are still talking about this.” Mr. Ding said that the neighbors were talking about where the dog barking out the window came from.
On the south-eastern side of the building where Mr. Ding lives, there is a Young City Pet Hospital, which at night often hears barking dogs.
"When the outbreak was alleviated, we went out and asked, and the nearby shopkeepers said it was a dog in a pet hospital." Mr. Ding said that the day could still endure, and it was disturbing that dogs were barking at night. Neighbors enquired and learned that this could be a foster care operation run by a pet hospital, where a foster dog was kept to harass the population.
“We looked into the scope of the operation of this pet hospital and found that there was no foster care, was it over-scope?” Mr. Ding and the neighbors questioned.

Following these reactions, journalists arrived late in the evenings in the Keiley Garden district, waiting with Mr. Din, and were able to hear the barking of dogs on a regular basis.
"This commercial building is not part of our neighborhood. It belongs to the next unit." Mr. Ding said that he and his neighbours wanted to come close to see how many dogs were in the pet hospital, but that there were difficulties because of the distance.
It is not only at night that journalists can hear the barking of dogs when they travel to the vicinity during the day. According to the staff of several nearby shops, the barking should have come from the pet hospital and the sound came from the pet hospital.
“We have patience during the day, and we want to stop disturbing people at night.” Mr. Ding expressed the hope that the authorities concerned would increase their supervision, that the pet hospital would operate a foster care service and that the night dog would be used to harass the population, and that it would not be over-scale.

“After returning to work, there were no foster dogs in the shop. They called the police and contacted me." In response to a complaint filed in June by residents of the Kayla Gardens District against the Yang City Pet Hospital, the police replied: “It is understood that the Community Civil Police have spoken to the chief, who is deeply sorry after learning of the impact of the dog barking on the surrounding population. It was explained that a German shepherd had arrived in the shop more than 20 days ago, a stray dog abandoned by his master, and that the noise of those two days had been caused by the stray dog. The officer-in-charge stated that it would be dealt with on the same day, so that the surrounding population would not be affected again.”
"A few months later, the dog barks and the trouble is still." Mr. Ding expressed the hope that the environmental, public security and market authorities would adopt appropriate regulatory policies on the harassment of people in pet hospitals, taking into account such factors as whether or not to disturb people, so as to keep them as far away from their neighbourhoods as possible and in a quiet environment.
