At the time, Kerry Haney was in the house, but suddenly dozens of phone calls, messages and Facebook alerts were received, and many people saw the horrors in the community. Dogs were trapped in a yard tree, and Kelly was worried about rushing into the scene, "He's got his head all chained up in a tree."
The police were happy to get him out.
With the help of the police, Kelly had rescued the dog from the house where she had abused him and, after medical examination, his body had no major health problems other than weakness, and the owner had been sentenced to a fine, after which she took care of him.
The vet was worried about the Beagle's behavioral problems, but when he arrived at Kelly's house, he was only a few months old, curious, sticky and lively like any other puppy, and Kelly said, "I'm sorry that he had ever been tied to a tree, but that was before, and that his future was full of love and concern, and that's what I promised him."
The dog at the new house is alive and happy.
