Cleaning the urban environment
In order to guarantee the safety of the population, maintain public order and urban environmental health, law enforcement officers of the Integrated Urban Management Enforcement Service of the Hylar District have carried out a special operation to treat stray and orphan dogs. In the course of the operation, the focus was on the clean-up of socially exposed houndless dogs and stray dogs; and the investigation of uncivilized dog-keeping practices that were untied. To date, their squadrons have captured more than 60 stray dogs, all of which have been transferred to the stray dog temporary management centre for central management. Next, the enforcement brigade will continue to explore new ways and means to regularize, institutionalize and professionalize stray dog management.

For this operation
The citizens are so impressed.
Ms. Li, a citizen, said that “the clean-up operation, which both cleansed the living environment and reduced the risk of dog injuries, would make it easier for us to go out for a walk.”
In the course of law enforcement, members of the team are also promoting knowledge of civilized dogs among the population, strengthening social awareness and guidance, and creating a safe, harmonious and healthy living environment. There is also a call for dogs to be civilized, for dogs to be kept in strict compliance with the relevant provisions, and for dogs to be kept in a condition of restraint and control, not to be abandoned at will, to protect others from harm and to work together to maintain a good urban environment.
