As the standard of living of the population improves, the raising of pets, especially canine, becomes part of people's daily lives and leisure, and the resulting problems of “undocumented dogs” “dogs disturb people” and “dogs hurt only people” also become a difficult point for social management, and increasing the immunisation of dogs and the ease of registration is an effective way of addressing front-end management problems.
As the main function of dog management and dog immunization, the Barangay Public Security Subdirectorate and the Barangay Agricultural Commission are actively exploring innovative ideas, guided by the population's “facilitation of dogs”, the functional sector's “more disciplined management” and social institutions' “participation and profitability” and registering “one-size-fits-all” in the city-wide dog immunization.
