Many of the dogs were adopted at an animal rescue station in San Francisco, in the United States, except for the two.
The simple reason no one adopted them was that the big dog kept his puppy in his arms.

Until a well-intentioned teacher tried to adopt the Beagle, all the formalities were done, but when he finally picked it up in the cage, he wouldn't leave.
After learning the real reasons, the teacher was pleased to accept another Chihuahua.
So they came together into the new home.
Of course, this lovely little habit hasn't changed...
