Early in the morning of 17 July, a dog-bearer walked his dog with a dog rope, met his neighbour in the morning, held his dog rope tight and went far away and passed by. The neighbors will laugh. There is a growing consensus among dog-bearers that dog leashing, small shovels and toilet paper are becoming the scene of harmony in many districts. The newly amended Longchun City Dogs Ordinance will become effective on 1 August, and our living environment is gradually changing as the content of the Ordinance continues to be publicized. Every day, journalists walk into the neighborhoods and go to the streets to see that dog-bearers walk with dog ropes, and that civilized dogs become the habit of increasing numbers of dog-keepers.

The pet owner knew in advance that the legal dog was in compliance.
At the height of his travels to work, Mr. Meng, a resident of the Myeongju district in the south-east of Shangzawa, accompanied him for five years by a little shovel and toilet paper while his beloved dog was in the small community. Mr. Meng said that after the dogs, he took care of the details, prepared his own little shovels, tied the dogs, which were the most basic, and that he rarely walked the dogs in the neighborhoods, leaving the neighborhood to choose where there were fewer people. Mr. Meng also has some knowledge of the Regulations that have been in force since 1 August in the community of small-area pets. “The Regulations are more demanding for dog breeders and previously the phenomenon of uncivilized dog breeders will certainly be reduced.” According to Mr. Meng, the provision that dogs must not be allowed to bark to affect the normal life of others; that dogs must not be allowed to affect traffic order and security only on urban roads ... “These provisions are very pertinent, regulating both the master and the dog afraid, reducing contradictions and creating a civilized atmosphere of life.” Mr. Meng said.
"Identity card" for dogs at 90 years of age
Article 10 of the Regulations provides that the application for registration of a dog requires proof of the dog ' s identity, proof of the property or proof of the rental of the house; proof that the dog is immune only; and photographs of the dog in the front and side colour. When a dog-bearer applies for registration of a dog, he/she shall complete a civil-society dog-keeping promise in accordance with the law, and the public security organ shall review the conditions for registration of a dog-keeping dog and issue a dog-keeping certificate and an electronic canine.
“In accordance with the Regulations, dogs require proof of the dog's identity, proof of the property, which means that dogs are more regular and strictly audited.” Ms. Ma said that dogs were now strictly registered and that dogs applied for their registration and should also be completed in a legally civilized dog commitment.
“I understand that, upon receipt by the public security authorities of the relevant material submitted by the applicant, and after examination of the requirements for registration of dogs, a decision to grant registration will be taken within five working days and a dog-keeping certificate, electronic canine tag will be issued.” Ms. Ma said that that was tantamount to a “identity card” for pets, and the likelihood of finding them had increased if they were not carefully lost.
We're getting vaccinations on time.
The canine card is updated to an electronic canine card with an electronic marking management system. The Regulations require dogs to register only dogs and to be vaccinated against rabies. Inoculations are also made at qualified pet hospitals to receive vaccines.

“Recently, the number of people bringing dogs to fight vaccines has increased considerably, as have the sales of dog ropes and small shovels.” As a highly qualified pet hospital, the former rabies vaccine was used mostly by small dogs and by large and medium dogs, who were unable to register. The Regulations are now in the process of being introduced, giving hope to the feeders of the medium-sized dogs, and these days have begun to line up for vaccinations.
"I'll take the dog to sign up for the rest of the day, so I don't line up after 1 August." While the journalist was talking to Tai Lung, Ms. Jiang, who lived nearby, came with her adopted golden fur dog for vaccination. “Prescriptively, dogs are required to obtain the relevant documentation, and vaccinations are not only required, but also responsible for themselves and others. Moreover, the safety of dogs is guaranteed after vaccination.” Ms. Jiang.
The rope must not exceed 1.5 meters.
Chapter III of the Regulations provides that, if a dog is taken out of the house with a dog, the following shall be observed: the dog rope shall not exceed 1.5 metres in length; it shall be carried by a person with full civil capacity ...
“Accompanying changes are due, on the one hand, to the fact that the weight of the dog is difficult to measure with an eye; on the other hand, the dog only discovers that the comfort zone has been taken and can hurt people out of a resource-protective consciousness.” Liu Ming, a professional dog trainer who has been in the profession for many years, described the failure of the feeder to feel the emotional changes of the dog in a timely manner and the fact that 1.5 m does not affect the safety of the other person. “Optically, this requirement is still to be observed by the dog keeper”.
However, journalists have searched a shopping site to find that tow ropes are mostly nylon-weaving materials with some flexibility, ranging from 1.2 m to 1.8 m in length, but sellers have indicated that if the buyer feels that the tow rope is too short to get too tired to walk a dog, they can produce a stretching rope of 3 m to 5 m as required.
You're gonna have to get a license for a long stay at home.
Citizens who want to take a dog home from outside the country on the New Year's Eve can't be so casual. According to the Regulations, a person carrying a non-resident ' s dog may remain in the canine management area for a period of not more than seven days and not more than six months, and shall file with the public security authorities within three days of entering the canine management area, providing the dog ' s identification, proof of residence and proof that the dog is immune. If the stay is longer than six months, the canine certificate shall be processed as required by the Regulations.
Any person carrying a non-resident ' s dog who is not registered in the priority dog management area as required shall be ordered to file a case within the prescribed time limit; if the document is overdue, the dog shall be confiscated and fined from $500 to $1,000.
Dogs are uncivilized. The master will be punished.
The Regulations require that dogs must not be allowed to bark or to affect the normal life of others, that dogs should not be allowed to intimidate or injure others, and that dogs should not be allowed to run on urban roads only to affect traffic order and security. It constitutes a violation of the administration of public order and is punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Punishment of Public Security Administration. “A previously, there were more frequent instances of dogs walking without strings and barking, and my children were scared and weeping by dogs coming in suddenly, for which I also made a telephone call to complain.” Citizens ' Sun-Fai said that the situation had improved in recent months, especially in recent months, when changes had become more visible and the public environment more secure.
