Relevant legal obligations
Article 1. If a dog only harms another person, the dog keeper or administrator is liable in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter X of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on Tort Liability.
Article 2. The public security authorities shall issue a warning in accordance with article 75, paragraph 1, of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on the Punishment of the Administration of Public Security, in case a dog is raised, that it will not be corrected, or that the dog will be allowed to threaten only others with a fine of between $200 and $500.
