Three years later, the 8-year-old dog Deng was once again facing a judicial auction.
In 2014, Mr. Deng was placed in foster care at the Beijing pet school, and in 2018, Mr. Shaw was forced to enter the judicial auction due to long-outstanding foster care fees and loss of contact.
The auction was interrupted by Mr. Deng's sudden “show” before the formal auction, when Mr. Shaw, through Mr. Liu, the operator of the Chaoyang court and the pet school, undertook to settle the previous foster care costs and to take them up before Christmas 2018.
Deng waited for three more Christmases, less than two months before the fourth Christmas, and at the age of eight, he had reached the age of his son, who had been placed on the auction site again because of Mr. Shaw ' s loss of connection.

Mr. Liu explained that Mr. Deng was auctioned, on the one hand, by transferring Mr. Shaw ' s ownership of Deng through an open legal process, and, on the other hand, by enabling the full enforcement of the effective judgement and upholding the dignity of the law.

This was an extraordinary foster care.
In early 2014, Deng was taken to the Beijing pet school by Mr. Shaw. Mr. Liu remembers that this is a "long-phased" wooddog, "the age at which the world is explored and toy-like."
Ms. Wang, another director of the pet school, recalled that after signing the foster care agreement, Mr. Shaw had taken him back once and then said that he was going to leave the country for a while before returning home to check in, but that was not the case.
There's only one agreement left between Deng and his master.
Mr. Liu, referring to the fact that the dog is an East Asian wolf dog's descendant and is more independent and not particularly attached to the master, has teachers in pet schools, has play parks and has a bunch of new “friends” so he has never seen Deng benevolent, “in addition to eating and drinking, it runs and sometimes fights with other dogs”.
In the autumn of 2018, the “small partners” next to Deng replaced the group, and several teachers who had taken care of him left the pet school, but the owner was not informed, and the contract for his foster placement expired and the foster care costs were exhausted.
“Breeding, counting dog food, vaccines, disease deworming, etc., consumes $5,000 a year, and for four consecutive years we bear the burden.” Ms. Wang said that while the pet school continued to feed and board, while trying to contact its owners, after exhausting all means, they decided to bring a case before the Chaoyang court.

And suddenly, "show."
Following the court decision, Mr. Shaw, the owner of the dog, had not appeared, the court had repeatedly contacted Mr. Shaw without success or finding Mr. Shaw ' s enforceable property, and the pet school had decided to apply for enforcement and was subsequently placed on the Ali auction site for a judicial auction.
An ordinary civil case received high attention at that time. In October 2018, the judicial auction "Red Red" was held at Dendin, then just four years old.
Ms. Wang mentioned that she had been able to receive a large number of telephone calls every day, asking questions about how the Deng was doing, and that there had been visits from competitors, enthusiastic people, mostly asking questions about his character and how he raised him.
“Dinden was already a special family at that time, because the foster school was very popular, very gentle, very friendly to strangers, and couldn't resist. It spent almost every day in touch, with company, sleeping in the afternoon and crying out.
Prior to the forthcoming formal auction, Mr. Liu received a telephone call from the Chongyang court stating that Mr. Shaw had approached the court on his own initiative to negotiate a foster care for Mr. Deng.
On 31 October 2018, Mr. Zhang Wei and Mr. Shaw, judges of the Executive Chamber of the Chongyang Court, made a video video on the subject of consultations on enforcement, and Mr. Shaw indicated that he had been abroad for several years and had not contacted Mr. Liu and Ms. Wang because of the loss of contact at the pet school.
Ms. Wang was outraged by Mr. Shaw's explanation. The pet school has not changed the contact number, nor can it be consulted directly on the website: “Mr. Shaw's owner is rare, abandoned is abandoned, and we all like to board, even if we don't pay for it.”
Following consultations, Mr. Shaw eventually promised to the pet school that he would honour the court ' s decision, pay all the charges previously due and return to boarding before Christmas 2018.
Mr. Deng ' s first auction was interrupted by Mr. Shaw ' s appearance. As of the night of 31 October 2018, the Ali auction website showed that more than 2,500 persons had signed up and paid a deposit of $50, the auction had been cancelled and the deposit had been returned in accordance with normal procedures.
Mr. Shaw fulfilled his first commitment by leaving his own account and clearing the 1047-day foster care fee totalling $62820.
However, at the appointed time, Deng did not wait for his owner and Mr. Shaw no longer had an off-seat call.

It's another three years. In the middle and old age, Deng becomes more food-friendly and more sticky, and he is often stuck to Mr. Liu's head, hair-brushing and begging for his favorite meatstuff.

Until the end of September of this year, the court of Chongyang reminded Mr. Liu that the settlement agreement previously implemented by the court had not been fully implemented and that the ownership of Deng still needed to be clarified. Mr. Liu again submitted the application and the Court finally decided to reinstate the enforcement of the original judgement.
Mr. Liu disclosed that from the settlement of the previous foster care fee by Mr. Shaw in 2018 to the present day, the total amount of the foster care fee has been around $40,000.

Mr. Liu has repeatedly stressed that you can live in a pet school all the time: “How many years have we been with you? We already consider Deng a relative, and the aunts and uncles here can go with him, but legally we are not his master.”
Mr. Liu indicated that Mr. Deng was always Mr. Shaw ' s personal property and that if there were problems, Mr. Shaw could still be held accountable, and Mr. Liu did not know how many problems he would face. The auction was followed by a transfer of ownership of Mr. Shaw through an open legal process and the complete enforcement of the effective judgement and the preservation of the dignity of the law.
Mr. Liu said that Deng had waited for most of his master's life, and he hoped that this time he would find a new master who would not abandon it, and that he would end up in his old age, “I believe that the new master can take better care of it and that he can continue to live in a pet school if the new master so wishes, and we are willing to take care of Deng for free.”
