On the basis of the deployment of security for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the New China, and with the unified deployment of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Public Security, Chen Sheng took part in the security dog technical blast-proof security screening between 1 September and 5 October 2019.
Chen Sheng, who has only a year of work but is a real student, has been studying canine skills at the Gansu Police Profession College since 2015, and has been exploring canine technology for four years, saying that this time he can go to Beijing to take part in the 70th anniversary security work, and says, “All hard work, sweat and fatigue have been brought to the ground, and only pride and pride have been reaped!”
As they prepare to travel to Kyoto for security, they are required to complete more than twenty room-search trainings per day, thirty vehicle-search trainings and three site-search trainings. Training began at around 6 a.m. in less than hot weather to ensure adequate quality of training, and in the afternoon, theoretical knowledge of large-scale security and blast detection was taught, and daily evening training began at 7:30 p.m., and scientifically sound training programmes were well prepared for security operations.
They took part in three exercises during the military parade, in the search for explosive security checks on 1 October and in the physical screening of demonstrators and performers. During this period, there were 13 security visits, with an area of approximately 200,000 square metres and more than 8,000 screening officers.
This trip to Beijing added colour to Chen Sheng's police career, and when he came back he always urged himself and Mi Lo: "I do not need to do it, I will do it!" Wherever they are, they are the deepest words of love to the homeland. We weren't seen on television, but on October 1, 2019, Tiananmen Square remembered our footsteps, leaving a trail of our struggle in the history of the Republic!
