On the last day of 2017, a lot of people in Weibo, Weibo, the community of friends are spreading a dog abuse incident, and the dog abuser is still a uniformed policeman. According to the witnesses at the time, on the streets of Changsha, a police officer waved a big stick for no reason, attacking an innocent, lovely golden fur dog tied up.

After four hours of beatings, the dog finally died under hundreds of torture. This has even had an international impact, with foreign Facebook and Twitter spreading it, and foreign netizens speaking out. To tell you the truth, when I first saw this, I was angry. It really hurts to see this as a pet. But in spite of the anger, it always seemed that something was wrong. As can be seen from the picture of the dog's death, the place where it was attacked was definitely on the street and there were a lot of people.
So the question arises: in public, a cop in a uniform driving a police car, doing nothing, attacking a good dog tied up and beating him for four hours?
I don't know which cop's IPO is so low.
Even if there were police officers with such low IQ and no morals, would it be possible to strike an innocent puppy for four hours in the streets like this?
Four hours. Didn't anybody stop it? Four hours, not even a dog lover? Finally, on 1 January, Changsha police released two surveillance videos prior to the incident. From the top right corner of the video, the puppy is attacking past pedestrians.
The local television station interviewed people who had been attacked.

The case was reported by an old man who said that he had gone to the bank on 31 December to collect money, that he had no idea there was a dog on the side of the road and that he had not been provoked, and that the dog had suddenly bit him.
Another eyewitness confirmed this.

Others have sent a circle of friends or tweets to confirm it.
Local civilian police were also interviewed by television stations.

The police officer, who had allegedly abused the dog, had actually arrived at the scene after having received a telephone call from the police.
It took hours to find and wait for the dog owner. In the absence of an anaesthesia gun, the direct firing of live ammunition could easily lead to a rebound of the bullet, which eventually resulted in the use of a big stick to hit the dog. He tried to get knocked out, but he didn't think he'd get bit. You can only kill a dog if you have no choice.
As for the so-called “four hours of ill-treatment”, it was simply a fabrication made up by someone with no other intention. But even so, there are so-called dog lovers who refuse to believe it. They would have preferred to believe that the police had approached them and had colluded with them to lie. They prefer to believe that the police are fed up with nothing to do in the streets and to play with their friends.
It's too late to say anything else. Of course, the dog is really innocent. The dog must have been too late to see his owner and had been tied up, causing panic before he could make an attack on the passerby. To be clear, the culprit in this case is the owner of the dog who abandoned it. A lot of friends probably don't know what a cute dog would look like if it started out.
But have you ever thought of a cop willing to do that? He was called cruel at his nose and risked being bitten by a dog. We can't help it, we can't help it, we can't help it. You know, dog-loving people in the police group are not very few, let alone many trainers who raise dogs. However, until now, a bunch of so-called dog-loving people are still playing dog-beating escorts. He's a cop who's been calling the police, looking for a few hours to find his owner, risking his life to be bitten. You want human flesh, you should be the owner of the dog that's been abandoned. He's the one responsible, okay? Is it true that the world is upside down?
