Dogs are loyal friends of humanity, loved by many breeders. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of dog leashing, dog defecation, dog bites and so on has caused other problems and even caused tragedy.
As of 1 May this year, the newly amended Animal Disease Prevention Act of the People ' s Republic of China has been in force, which makes it clear that the new dog-walking regulations make it illegal not to be tied. With the formal implementation of the new regulations, the Parks Management Service has stepped up its advocacy efforts to bring its dogs to the park and to regulate the civilised parks as required.
The park is fresh in air, has a beautiful environment and has attracted a large number of citizens, including some who walk dogs, for a walk. In response to the high number of people in the evening and the large number of people in the dog industry, members of the Park's special pet management unit began to patrol at night, to issue civil-cultural dog information leaflets to citizens who enter the park with dogs and to publicize the relevant provisions of the newly amended Animal Disease Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China.
In order to promote the new regulations and to guide visitors to the park with dogs, as required, the park management service posted a new version of the animal vaccination law at 20 sites throughout the park, 11 LED screens rolling 24 hours a day, and 30 billboards prohibiting large pets from entering the park at the entrance. There is support and cooperation for the implementation of the new regulations.
In addition to increasing the level of outreach throughout the park, the Parks Management Service organizes 6-8 people every night to patrol areas where stray dogs are concentrated and, in order to avoid large-scale pets entering the park, they also allocate an area where there is less human circulation, provide large-scale pet concentration activities and arrange for security personnel to set their mark and guide citizens to walk dogs in accordance with the law.
Zhang Lai told us that the management of the gardening of pets had previously been based on persuasion, and that sometimes there were conflicts with ununderstanding citizens. As on May 1, the newly amended Law of the People ' s Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention was enacted, their administration would be governed by the law.
Because of the uncivilization of pets entering the park, which is strongly reflected in the fact that they are not tied and are excruciating, the park has been seized this year as a special operation. It is believed that, with the implementation of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention, the management of the park ' s pets will be strengthened, and it is hoped that citizens will abide by the rules when they enter the park with dogs.
