According to the head of the South flight concerned, it can be confirmed that this is a work dog (including a support dog, a guide dog, a guide dog), or a service dog, which is a special dog trained to assist visually impaired or hearing impaired passengers (subject to medical certification of hearing impairment).
The transport of working dogs is regulated by the requirements of small animals (pets), but may be carried into the cabin by passengers with impaired vision or hearing, if the conditions for transportation by south sea are met, and indicated on passenger boarding plates.
