A British guide dog broke out of the master's hand a day ago and worked hard to push the baby car pushed by the owner to the side of the road, avoiding being hit by a car that came out of control, thus saving the baby's life.
According to the Daily Telegraph, this female guide dog, Jet, is a black labrador who has been blinding his master Jessica Cowley for five years.
At the time of the incident, 28-year-old Cawley was walking with Jett and pushing in the baby car, which was her one-year-old son Jacob. Based on her mother ' s intuition, Kaully felt that a car was coming towards her baby car. At that point, Jett suddenly broke out of her hand and jumped on the van, pushing it out of front. The car hit Cawley and knocked her down. Although the baby car had been pushed down, Jacob had just broken one mouth.
According to Kaulli, Jett did not receive specialized emergency training of this kind, but was well aware of protecting her young son.
Caughley described the scene at the time: “Just as we entered the entrance to the parking lot from the side of the road, I heard the sound of a stabbing car and knocked me out. As soon as the car hit me, Jett broke out of my hand and hit the baby car, pushing it to the side of the road. The baby car was pushed down, but Jacob was safe, and I was happy to know that the baby was safe, even if I was lying face down. Jett's reaction was really quick. He was an incredible guide dog."
The car that hit the man could have been blocked by other vehicles in order to rush to Cawley and her son, who were passing through the parking lot. The parking lot is located in a small town in Lancashire, north-western England, near their home in Cawley.
And Cawley went on to say, "If Jett hadn't saved the baby, I wouldn't have imagined what would have happened. He's also worried about my safety. He licks my face with his tongue and finds me alive. It likes Jacob, and what it does is really brave, and I'm proud of it.”
A witness named Caroline Purnell said, "Jet's performance does show us how important these guide dogs are. It does not care about its own security, but helps the master and the children.”
