At noon, on 13 December, journalists came to the neighbourhood where Ms. Choi lived, and when they came downstairs, they could hear clearly the sound of “Wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-thow-thow, as Ms. Zai had said, Ms. Chung's home. The reporter made it clear to Ms. Chung that she was sad and said, “I thought only my house could hear the bark of a dog, and I didn't think everyone would be able to sleep.” Ms. Chung expressed her guilt and stated that she would later keep the dog indoors and not allow it to disturb the people on the balcony. When Ms. Chung took her pet dog back into the house, the whole building returned to quiet.
