It was decided to go to court because the pet centre had been available for four years, but the owner had repeatedly defaulted on foster care and dog food. During this period, the court was unable to reach the original owner and had to find a new home for the dog in the name of the auction, which is expected to start at 1000 hours at $500 (approximately $2200); As of 25 October, more than 30,000 people had expressed concern, and nearly 400 had signed up for registration, which had led to a loss.
The owner has been in foster care for four years.
Just on the morning of 31 October, the judge and Mr. Deng ' s master, Mr. Shaw, spoke over the sea, saying that he would pay all the costs owed to the pet centre and would continue to pay if the pet centre were willing to continue with foster care, even if a new agreement was signed. The judge then called Ms. Wang, head of the pet centre, to the scene to verify the identity of the original feeder and to consult further.
Master Shaw explained that he had been abroad and that the call from the pet centre was gone, that the dog might be entrusted by the pet centre to other people and that the connection was broken. He also said that, with regard to the stay of Wang Wang, both online and commissioned, “I would like to take Deng back or Ms. Wang to continue to take care of her, and I would continue to pay for foster care. In response, the court decided that the day of foster care would amount to 1,047 days, so that the owner would have to pay $6,2820 (approximately 277,000 yen) to the pet centre.
On the evening of 31 October, the judicial auction website showed more than 2,500 people signing up and paying a deposit of $50.
Ms. Wang subsequently mentioned that Mr. Shaw was currently running on both sides of the United States and Australia, and that he had recently asked about pet immigration, which would result in more formalities regardless of the country to which he was taken, and that it would take a year to demonstrate his willingness to continue paying foster care fees, “to deal with the matter of Deng in person upon return”.
