Mrs. Liu is 73 years old and lives in a district of Changsha. The old lady was born afraid of dogs, and she'd go far when she saw them.
By chance, on July 3rd, the old lady went out to buy food and just went into the block and met with Mr. Tang's dog.
The other day, Mr. Don came out to walk the dog, he took the dog rope to his hand, he didn't tie it to the dog's neck, and he didn't put a holster on the dog.

When she was afraid, she ran into her dog, who was afraid of the dog. The dog had always been a bully, the more afraid he was, the more he was. Mrs. Liu ran away, the dog ran after him, and she ran into the building.
The dog did not bite Mrs. Liu, but suddenly screamed, and that was the one that scared her, one fell on his back and couldn't get up.
Mr. Tang and the security guard immediately helped the old lady and then called an ambulance to take him to the hospital.

It has been established that Grandma Liu suffered a fracture of the right femur neck as a result of an external injury, and that after the replacement of the right hip joint, the injury constituted a class IX disability and a fresh compressed fracture of the chest 10 and 12 vertebrates, and that the injury constituted class IX disability.
After that, Grandma Liu sued Mr. Tang for damages of $1.88 million and the property company for supplementary liability.
In court, Mr. Don said that my dog didn't bite but screamed, so the old lady's fall had nothing to do with the barking.
The property company provided details of Mr. Tang ' s preference for dogs, and his dog had repeatedly seen elderly children scream and liked to chase. Property companies have received numerous complaints, property company staff have been consulted and security guards have been visited many times. At that time, our property manager wrote a change letter and posted it at Mr. Tang's door with the security guard.

The court found that after meeting the yellow dog, Grandma Liu avoided the yellow dog for fear of being attacked by the dog and went into the stairwell, and the yellow dog followed her after, and said that it was normal for her to fall on the ground after being frightened by the barking of the yellow dog. The barking of the yellow dog should be identified as one of the causes of Grandma Liu ' s fall.
Mr. Tang was not tied to the dog when he was walking with the dog in the district, nor was he covered with the dog. Mr. Tang, as an animal breeder, did not take safety measures against the animal in violation of regulations, and was wrong about what happened in the case. The yellow dog barking that Mr. Tang raised caused Grandma Liu to fall and fall in shock, and Mr. Tang, as an animal breeder, should be held liable for all her losses.
In the final judgement, Mr. Tang assumed responsibility for 50 per cent of the case, for compensation of more than $85,000 and for the failure of the property to meet its security obligations, the Court found that the small area property was responsible for 10 per cent of the case. Grandma Liu took responsibility for her 40%.
A dog calls for $85,000, and Mr. Don has no loss.
