On 29 April, the New Age Civilization Practice Station of the Qinggen Community of Huangzhou Region conducted a civil dog campaign in the form of an “on-line relay + below-line campaign”.
At the event, community workers transmitted the Civilized Dog Initiative to the community through a small group of residents, where volunteers issued a two-pronged campaign calling on the residents of their homes who had dogs to maintain them in accordance with the law, to manage them safely and to take care of their own vaccinations and registration; when carrying dogs, they used a constrictive dog chain to hold them out, and they were not allowed to enter densely populated public places, so that they did not approach specific groups, such as children, the elderly and pregnant women; and carrying tools to clean up dog excrement in a timely manner and compete for civilized, self-regulatory dog keepers.

The promotion of civilized dogs is a long-term process, and the next step is for the new age of civilization in the Kiyogen community to continue to increase awareness among the population of the importance of civilized dogs, to glorify the community environment and to lay the foundations for the creation of a national civilized city.
