As reported in the United States Mirror on 24 August, five dogs in the United States were executed in that month because they had a somewhat similar look to the risky dog species required by United States laws and regulations under the Risk Dogs Act, and for the American Society for the Prevention of Animal Abuse (RSPCA) called for the 28-year-old Risk Dogs Act to be repealed. Not only does the Risk Dogs Act today fail to reasonably avoid dog attacks, but it results in poor dogs being euthanasia. These four doggies are each named Diesel, cookie, Jasper, Jet and Rocky.
Samantha Gaines, from the United States Society for the Prevention of Animal Abuse, stated that the decree had been issued in response to a series of vicious attacks by highly concerned dogs, but that it continued to give rise to an injury caused by dogs, and that the “special variety” method also allowed dogs to die of euthanasia because of their special appearance and dominant manifestations. Government departments should be concerned about failing to respond to relevant scientific research and adopt a response that can protect dogs and information security together.
The Risk Dogs Act strictly prohibits trading, holding, raising and advertising of several types of dogs: Bit Dogs, Japanese Land Sand Dogs, Mexican Phila Dogs and Croatian Dogs. The police officers will evaluate the dogs suspected of being the four no-go dogs, compare them to the dogs, and assess whether they are “unreasonable and lawful” based on similarity.
The American Society for the Prevention of Animal Abuse stated: “People are supposed to let them sleep in pain, it is the law and the law.” In the previous year, the Natural Environment Federation had also asked questions and proposed that the Government should give careful consideration to the Risk Dog Act. The American Society for Animal Abuse Prevention is waiting for the results of a scientific study by the University of Midsas on the denial of the Risk Dog Act. The Gaines fills the gap, and the Risk Dogs Act will defraud people of what they think is safe for some types of dogs, and I think that all dogs will often attack people; instead of maintaining information security, the Risk Dogs Act harms dog welfare. The spokesperson for the Ministry of Natural Environment replied that people would take scientific research into account before taking effective action.
