The decision of the Standing Committee of the 14th People ' s Congress of Fujian Province to approve the regulations on the management of dogs in the city of Fuzhou was voted upon by the sixth meeting of the Standing Committee.
The Ordinance will be enacted by the Permanent Council of the Fukuo City People ' s Congress and will respond positively to social concerns, providing for a maximum penalty of $5,000 for the failure to register dogs, for the registration of dogs, for the vaccination of dogs, for the conduct of dogs, for the operation of dogs and for the reception of dogs.
In accordance with the legislative requirements of the Fukuo City Dog Regulation, and taking into account the actual situation in Fukuo City, the following list of prohibited dogs in Fukuo City has been established:

Time frame for implementation
Following the official promulgation of the Regulations on the Management of Dogs in the City of Fukuzhou, the ban on dogs is applied on the date of their publication in society and, if adjusted, is republished.
