Tommie, who was tied to a park fence in Virginia, United States of America, set fire to 40 per cent of his body, was angry about the situation and launched a campaign to raise funds to assist in the medical expenses of dogs, but Tommie managed to survive five days. Tommie was tied to the park rail on 10 October and even set on fire.
