How do we get a dog certificate?

The canine management fee is charged on a regional basis, as follows: within the inner ring area, $500 per dog per year; outside the inner ring, $300 per dog per year, including $100 per dog in rural areas.
Public security departments in the districts and counties will review the application for registration of dogs within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the registration of the dog, and will notify the owner of the certificate of registration of the dog and the permit of the dog in Shanghai.
