A week ago, Ms. Sun, wife of Duqingda, as victim of the case, received a summons from the People ' s Court of the Yindu District of Anyang City informing him of his participation in the opening of the trial on the morning of 20 November in the case of alleged fraud by the accused Li.
“My wife is still at home caring for the elderly and cannot be present. Furthermore, the Court did not agree to allow me to attend the hearing as an injured party. The case arose in March 2011, when Du Qingda was arrested after he was found in gambling at an electronic game hall invested in Zhejiangzhou. “The family was in a hurry to get in touch with Henan Anyang's woman, Li Ya. Following the discovery of the fraud, Du Qingda and his wife had on several occasions negotiated the refund with Li, but the money had not been recovered. In December 2012, he reported the incident to the Yindu Branch of the Anyang City Public Security Bureau. According to a photocopy of the arrest warrant submitted by the then Yindu Public Security Directorate to the people ' s procuratorate of the Yindu District for approval, the case of the suspect, Li, suspected of having been deceived by Du Qingda, was examined and investigated and arrested on 20 January 2013. Following a legal investigation, it was found that in April 2011, Li had committed a crime against Du Qingda ' s lover, Sun Su Myung, for helping Du Qingda with bail pending trial or suspended sentence. In accordance with the relevant legislation, the suspect, Li, is suspected of fraud and is subject to arrest warrant.
On 6 February 2013, the people ' s procuratorate of the Yindu District authorized the arrest of the suspect Li Chiu on suspicion of fraud. Of the $1 million involved, Li had paid fees for defence counsel in Du Qingda, etc., and the total amount of cash fraudulently received was over $880,000. In April 2013, the Public Security Subdirectorate in Yindu closed the investigation and referred it to the people ' s procuratorate in Yindu District for prosecution.

After the fraud was at the review stage, the injured party claimed to have been reported.
In 2021, the City of Anyang, in a circular on “Dog biting the elderly”, stated that, with regard to the online reflection of the alleged fraud of “millions” by Li, the dog-broker, the Working Group had entrusted the Arnyang City Council with leading the organization of a review of the case by the Municipal Law Unit and the Public Security Bureau of the Yindu District and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Du Qingda told New Yellow River journalists that, between the time of the review and the official trial, some of his affairs had been reported to the local authorities in Urumqi. “There was also a person who claimed to have come from the media to talk to me about the fraud in one of my businesses. In his words, he suggested that I should not speak about it through the media.”
Du Quinta stated that he would not give up his accountability for reporting his past. "I look forward to an open and fair trial in this case."
On 7 December 2021, the People ' s Procuratorate of the district of Yindu, Anyang City, decided to arrest Li Chiu, which was carried out by the Yindu Division of the City ' s Public Security Bureau. According to the Public Prosecutor ' s Office, the accused Li ' s fictional Hang County Public Prosecutor ' s Law is known for his ability to obtain bail pending trial or suspended sentences for Du Qingda, concealing the identity of others, the effects of the falsification and the diversion of funds, and fraudulently extracting other people ' s property, particularly in large amounts, in violation of article 266 of the Criminal Code of the People ' s Republic of China. The facts of the crime are clear and the evidence is real and sufficient, and he should be held criminally liable for fraud.
On 21 November, according to information sources, the case went smoothly and Li pleaded not guilty to the charges. At the end of the trial, the judgement in the case will be delivered on a date to be determined.
