Now, a lot of people have pets, whose lovely appearance makes people look like animals, and the majority of them are dogs. We look around the street, we see pet dogs. With the increase in the number of pet dogs, the harm they pose has increased, and Ms. Hangzhou Yang ' s mother has recently been denied compensation for injuries sustained by pet dogs.

Ms. Yang indicated to the journalists that, on the evening of 28 June, Ms. Yang accompanied her mother to the balcony to collect her clothes. When they walked into the roof gate, four dogs without a leash stormed and scared the girls to scream. In the dark, they hit the flashlight and saw about four dogs rushing in. As a result, the mother was able to protect her daughter, Ms. Yang, behind her back and to push her out of the ceiling door so that she could press the elevator. At the same time, Ms. Yang ' s mother closed the roof door in order to prevent the dog from continuing to harm her daughter.
In the process, mothers were horrified and afraid of being seen by the owners of dogs who were not far away. She's just calling out the names of the dogs, but she's not going to stop at all.
When Ms. Yang was about to rescue her mother, she was already downstairs. Ms. Yang found blood on her mother ' s right leg. She then promptly called the 120 first aid telephone, accompanied by the owner of the dog, who arrived at the hospital and inoculated with rabies.
As Ms. Yang's mother was old enough, her injured leg began to bleed again when she came out of the hospital, and even the elderly were in shock. Ms. Yang quickly took her mother to hospital, where she was treated by a doctor, and the situation of the old woman finally stabilized.
After the mother ' s injuries had improved, Ms. Yang asked the owner of the dog for compensation for the damage, the cost of medicine plus other expenses totalling $30,000. However, the dog owner was willing to pay only $3,000 for his medication.
Only then went to the hospital to see Ms. Yang ' s mother, and the following was gone. When it comes to reparations, there is always an attitude of “what can you ask me” that says repeatedly that you have no money. Ms. Yang said to the dog owner that if you don't want to pay for it, you leave the four dogs who did it to yourself, and the dog owner won't agree.
The two were so deadlocked that Ms. Yang could only find property to help with the solution. Following a conversation between the head of the property and the owner of the dog, journalists were told that the residents were not cooperating and that they were unable to do so. Since the property does not deal with the rights of dogs, they have provided relevant feedback to the municipal authorities of the Bailiwick. The follow-up property will require a maximum of one pet dog per household and a dog certificate check.
The journalists were then informed that the city authorities, after receiving feedback on the problem, had conducted an in-house inspection of the dog owner, together with the local police station ' s civilian police and district property staff, and that the individual was indeed suspected of having taken care of the dog without authorization. The city authorities conducted critical education and casework investigations and temporarily detained wounded dogs. The owner of the dog showed awareness of his mistakes. This matter will await further consideration.
