It's a bad thing to treat adopted dogs before adoption.

Volunteers are also aware that this is not all a human problem, nor is the adoption system in shelters. Many adopt dogs that are impulsive until he learns how troubled the dog is and takes care of it every day, eats and drinks and walks, spends so much time on the dog that the person who really loves the dog cannot do it.
I've heard a lot of complaints about the trouble with adopting a dog. It's both protecting dogs and reducing problems for volunteers and adopters! If the adopter finds it inappropriate to have a dog after adoption, or does not like a dog returning, this increases the workload of both parties.
The dogs at the rescue station are dogs, too, and they don't have low dogs. It is international practice to know each other before adoption, to track dogs after adoption and to prevent malicious adoptions.
