Sichuan Guangwon City dog and meat dealer had been illegally detained and beaten for nearly four hours in a dispute with a group of “dog lovers” for selling dog meat the previous year. The incident, which occurred on 15 December 2019, ended with a dispute with a group of “dog-lovers” who sold dog meat on the western street of the Canton of Guangwon City.
