The journalists learned that the members of the Love Animal Support Team come from teachers, researchers, doctors, students, etc., who are very fond of small animals and are willing to bend down to do something for them. With the increasing number of stray cats and dogs, which has led to increased pressure on dog-retention clinics, team members communicate with the staff of canine-remand clinics to be able to introduce free adoption from outside, so that both the needs of dog-lovers can be met and a new home found for stray dogs. According to Liu Jian Jun, a citizen who wishes to adopt a dog at a detention facility is required to fill out an application form for a private adoption dog only. “This form can be collected at the police station or downloaded online.” Liu Jianjun says.
Upon completion of the form, the applicant is required to carry his identity card and his/her household registration book to the public security bureau of the city of Huo and Hott for the relevant examination and, finally, to leave for the adoption at the canine only.
Liu Jian Jun said: “Despite our initiative to adopt citizens, the adopter must be responsible, and we will return, and if the adopted stray dog is abandoned, we will be held accountable under the relevant law.”
According to the press, in order to promote “adoption as an alternative to purchase”, the current canine detention facility provides free dog certificates, which are free of charge of $300.
