A 63-year-old male masseur with a guide dog waiting for the JR station in the morning of the 14th day was accidentally caught on the train and left untreated. According to some sources, the man dropped off the platform and left the guide dog on the platform.
It was reported that at about 7 a.m. on 14 a.m., a 63-year-old male masseuse who arrived on the platform at JR's station with a guide dog and fell off the rail for unknown reasons, was hit by a train and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment, but remained untreated for five hours.
According to a surveillance camera image, the man came to the platform, while the guide dog stood behind his left, and the man fell off the tracks shortly afterwards, when the train master who was about to enter the station, although he had seen someone landing, could not hit the man directly.
It has also been reported that the man left the guide dog on the platform without being injured when the rope was released as a matter of urgency. The accident caused delays of nearly 35 minutes and affected 15,000 people. According to the police, the victim lived near the station and took a ride to the station on a daily basis, while the whole incident, which was a suicide or accident, had yet to be identified.
