A video of several incidents shows a man crying on his knees with a white pet dog, a man crying and patting his hands on the floor, and a camera with his head on a cab to the pedal; a red woman shouting, "O my dog." Then the woman in the red fell to the ground, and the people were running forward to help her. The video is written as follows: “The dog was hit by a car without a leash, and the owner cried instantly.”
The pet dog got hit and the master fell down and cried.
After the above video was released, it triggered a debate among netizens. Some netizens expressed sympathy and others felt that the dog owner was too sad and reminded him of the leash.
It is understood that the video was taken in Liaoning Dalian. In the morning, the journalist contacted a resident in the vicinity of the incident, who said that a few days before the incident, a pet dog had been raised by a nearby business. Subsequently, the journalist contacted Ms. Li, the owner of the dog that had been hit, who described that on the morning of 28 July, the dog had been hit by a car while playing in front of the shop, “it has now been assigned responsibility and is under insurance”.
Ms. Lee explained that it was her husband who had been on his knees crying and had been raised by a pet dog for six years. In response to a comment by netizens that the husband and wife were too sad, Ms. Lee said: “No dog has ever been raised, there is no way to know, and the amount of money paid now is useless”. Journalists called the Friendship Police Station in the Bailiwick, where staff members indicated that they did make a call on the day of the incident but did not respond to the outcome of the incident.
