The Zhouyang team contacted the local department responsible for the management of stray dogs, assembled more than a dozen volunteers and spent two days bringing back all the stray dogs on the site, bathing them one by one, inoculating them, examining their bodies and sterilizing them all. They are then all placed in foster care, awaiting adoption by a caring master.
