A few days ago, a woman from Jiangsu, with her children, saw a pet dog on the side of the road and touched it, as a result of which her face was bitten and her eyes were swollen. It was also an incident of dog bites, and the next child, unfortunately, lost his life after being scratched by a dog. A child of Henan Makoto, with his own pet dog, went to play with his neighbour ' s child, who, while playing games, had been scratched by a pet dog on his face and mouth, was not seriously injured and had only two scratches, but the child ' s mother immediately went to hospital with the child to prepare for the injection. When they arrived at the hospital, the parents of the neighbour ' s children, i.e. the dog owner and the couple, also arrived at the hospital and thought that the child had been bitten by a dog and came to see the injuries first. But when they see the child being caught by a dog, it's not too serious, or if they don't want to give the injection money, it means that their dog is usually clean, scratches, not bites, nothing big, just a few days later.
At the advice of the dog owner, the mother returned home with the children. But after two or three days, the child began to have a fever and vomiting. At first, parents did not think about rabies, and when the child became more serious and returned to hospital, the child was no longer able to do so. Thus, a seven-year-old child lost his life because of parental negligence and irresponsible persuasion by the dog owner. Here, too, it is widely known that if an animal, such as a cat or dog, is bitten or scratched, it must be given rabies vaccine within 24 hours of the injury, possibly with several more shots, depending on the injury and the doctor ' s judgement. The rabies have developed rapidly and, if not addressed in a timely manner, are likely to endanger lives.
