In Zhejiang, a dog-lover in the city of Kashing City and in the town of Suozhou, was not tied to a dog, in violation of article 30 of the Animal Disease Prevention Act. As a result, the dog ran over and died in a car, the traffic police found the driver to be irresponsible, but the dog-loved man, who was angry with society and had repeatedly rowed the driver ' s car and stabbed his tires for six months.
He is currently in criminal detention for alleged intentional damage to property and will pay Mr. Wang, alias, $100,000 for car damage.
In January of this year, Mr. Wang crashed into a dog that had suddenly emerged on his way home. After calling the police, the traffic police found the driver not responsible.
Subsequently, Mr. Wang ' s vehicle parked in his building was repeatedly cut and punctured, and surveillance was set up in the vicinity of the parking space.

According to the dog-lovers, the traffic police found Mr. Wang to be irresponsible, so the dog-lovers were filled with hatred. In the aftermath, dog-loved people decided to take revenge.
Owing to the small size of Wang's town, the dog-lovers found Mr. Wang's residence soon and rowed several times in the morning with a ready knife. In addition to the late night, the insane dog lovers sometimes go to the vicinity of Mr. Wang's house during the day to watch and find out that they have bought a new car and that the dog lovers have once again engaged in mad revenge.
It was not expected that the owner of the dog, in spite of his hatred, had repeatedly cut his tires and eventually committed a serious crime and had been held in custody.
This incident is yet another illustration of the fact that dog-lovers are not caring, but rather a community that is less aware of the law, with a narrow heart, with a strong sense of vengeance and hatred towards society. It can be said that once or twice is a coincidence, but the fact that the number of cases of dog-loving infractions is countless shows that this is a regular and universal fact.
