While working, three Estonian construction workers found dogs trapped in dams, swimming in cold water, wrapping animals with towels and putting them on cars and then taking them to a neighbouring veterinary clinic for treatment. However, it was only after examination that it was discovered that it was not a dog, but a male wolf of about one year, and fortunately it did not attack, and it is now recovering and returning to the wild.
BoredPanda reported that three workers were working on dredging, and that they found an animal trapped in cold waters that looked like a starfish, immediately decided to clear the ice-free path and rescue the dog in the water. One of the workers said he felt a little heavy when he wrapped up the animals with a towel, but he only wanted to keep the dog warm.

After calling the animal rescue telephone, three men were told to take the dog to a nearby veterinary clinic. Rando recalled that the animals were still asleep in the car and leaning their heads on his legs, which seemed rather mild.
The clinic staff first examined the frozen animals, which had not been detected until a local hunter confirmed that it was actually a wolf and was one year old. According to experts, the wolf was found with low blood pressure, thus displaying a milder behaviour.
