Implementation of the management of community settlements

On 27 November, two residents of the Fengzhou Community rented a house and told journalists that they had not been notified of the household survey prior to the announcement, and wondered where 90 per cent of the resident council figure came from.
The residents are angry and do not understand.
Ms. Leung, a tenant who has been living in the Fung Zhang community for more than three years, told the press that she saw this announcement at the elevator entrance in September, that there was a loudspeaker drinking “No Dogs” in front of the district, and that banners had been placed on the block.
Ms. Leung said: “At the end of October, the community posted a message on my door informing me that I would send the dog away within five days. But I don't have a big dog. I have a regular dog certificate. I can't leave. Now I walk dogs in the neighborhood carefully, sneaking dogs down the stairs every night, and then I walk back."
To Ms. Leung's knowledge, many of the dog owners in the district have taken the dog away. Moreover, she heard from her friends that before 30 November, the dogs in the district had to be dealt with, otherwise there would be a law enforcement conference to search the dogs, and she was very worried and angry.
Mr. Yung (Senior Name) who also lives in the community of Feng Chang told journalists that he had been renting a house here for a year and had also been informed at the end of October that he was taking the dog away.
Information received by residents
Mr. Yung said, “Every time I walk a dog, I'm dyin' and pickin' shit, and I don't know why I'm doing this now. I have dog certificates, chips, vaccination books, legal formalities within the legal framework. And my dog is having a baby now, and it's hard to move. Since the announcement, almost every day someone comes to the house and knocks and urges me to send the dog away. The renting agent told me that if the dog was not delivered in time, the resident council would impose a fine of $200,000 on the owner and eventually on the tenant.”
The local council explained that there were many complaints.
On the afternoon of 27 November, the staff responsible for this matter from the Fung Zheng Chong Chong Chong Committee informed the press that the three sub-districts involved were the settlement of the former village of Feng Zhang, where there were many elderly children. For more than a year now, the staff of the local council have received frequent complaints, with some dog excrement in the district and others who walk at night. The residential survey was conducted against the owners, so the tenants in the subdistricts were not informed.
