We have repeatedly stressed the need to hold dogs in the outdoors, and rarely to mention them in the interior, because, in most cases, if the dog is in the house, the owner usually closes the door to the house and the dog does not get out. But in some cases, if the dog is not tied and the house is opened again, there may still be accidents.
A 12-year-old girl, aged 12, was killed by a black dog barking.
According to the Court ' s judgement, a 12-year-old girl with the yellow surname went on foot to school on 28 July 2018 and a girl with the name of the car went to school, two of them went through the door of the man ' s house, and the black dog he raised suddenly ran out of the door. The girl ran 38.4 metres along the 2nd Street of the pit, then turned to the left and ran 26.4 metres into the alley, then turned to the right and ran into the alley without tails, then fell down and died 25.8 metres from the alley.

The forensic physician concluded that there was a causal link between the sudden death of the little girl and the barking of a black dog, and that the last trial in Tainan court resulted in an award of $1.8 million (Taiwan currency) and a six-month suspended sentence.
It was not known that the reason for the man's dog was not to watch the home but certainly the dog loyal to the human being was well suited to assume that responsibility, and it was reasonable for a stranger to enter his house and even attack him.
But if the dog extends the guard beyond his own house, then it's possible to bark at some purely passing pedestrians outside the door. To call for warning and even chase, just as this happened, a little girl was “frightfully killed”, a situation we did not want to see.
As the owner of the dog, it would be dangerous to walk the dog outside without holding the rope if the dog had at least closed the door, otherwise the dog would not be able to stop itself if it was driven out of the house.
What if the dogs chase you?

Of course, if the dog owner can tie the dog, then there's little to worry about, but what if the dog chases?
In short, there are three main points:
Stay calm, stay calm.
Leave the dog slowly. Don't run. If you run, it'll chase you.
Don't look at the dog. The dog will be seen as a provocation.
