At 0100 hours on 12 November, she was informed that all the areas were to be isolated from hotels and were not allowed to carry pets. The pet owner said he was working with the disease, but the little pet dog called "fried powder" was already a member of his family and could not take it away. After repeated communication with the staff, it was finally confirmed that if the dog was tied, it could be killed in the house and not taken away or disposed of.
By 4.40 p.m., however, the pet owner saw in his home surveillance that two staff members in protective clothing broke in. Hit the dog in the head with an iron bar. As can be seen in the video, it seems that after being beaten, the little man could not believe that he did not resist and did not bite, and even made a plea. It was also reported in the media that, on 13 November, staff of the Sinzhou Epidemic Command Office responded that there had been confirmed cases in the Golden Phoenix Garden district, where the entire population had been isolated and eliminated. Indoor slaughter and pet disposal are handled by the residential council and the residents, who are then placed in the streets to kill them. However, the killing of the pet was not reported for the time being and was not known.
"I don't know what I'm talking about." At present, prevention is indeed a top priority for society as a whole, but it does not amount to disregard for life and arbitrary deprivation of the right to survival of small animals. If the owner of the pet is actually diagnosed as a new crown patient, the domestic pet is also recognized as infected and it can be debatable that the disease will be eradicated. Such a brutal practice of killing small pet dogs without permission while the owner is still in a concentrated isolation is outrageous.
