(i) Diversity

(ii) High body standards

V. Submissions required
(i) Information submitted by a personal dog for application to the police station includes:
1. Original dog immunization certificate and one copy thereof;
The dog only has a recent colour photograph (two inches of two, reflecting the dog ' s full face, 1 with the application form and 1 with the dog ' s passport only);
3. One copy of the original dog identification card, the original household register or residence certificate and a copy of the identity card (both positive and negative);
4. Two photographs of dog-bearers with one inch of bareheaded recently;
5. If the dogkeeper is unable or unable to do so in person, he or she may be entrusted in writing to the Chargé d ' affaires, provided that he or she has a power of attorney for the dogkeeper, the original resident identity card of the official and a copy thereof;
The resident canine must submit the original certificate of ownership of the house in which he or she lives on the hill and a copy thereof, and the non-resident canine must submit the original and a copy thereof;
(ii) The unit dog submission of the police station application information includes:
1. The competent authority of the unit agrees in writing with the dog-keeping opinion;
2. The original certificate of principal qualification of the unit and a copy thereof;
3. A copy of the identity card of the legal representative or official;
4. A copy of the specialized personnel for the dog;
5. Original identity card of the Chargé d ' affaires and a copy thereof;
6. Certification of independent premises and closed holding facilities such as canine cages, canine houses and walls;
(a) Two colours of the whole body of a dog of 2 inches;
8. A copy of the dog management system.
