A number of hot areas are wet high and other regions remain relatively dry, avoiding the accumulation of wet air in the dead corners of the boxes. The demand for moisture varies widely among different species and needs to be set by type. Light and night: the solar time and intensity of the light shall be the same as that of the biological clock; at night, as far as possible, provide a source of lightless or low-intensity heat, avoiding interference with sleep and metabolic rhythms. Safety and monitoring: Temperatures need to be monitored on a sustainable basis and anomalies need to be alerted and involved.

The content focus is specific to the area of reference for common reptiles (please adjust to specific species, age and season): the hot zone of Bearded Dragon (Iguana) is about 38-42°C, the cool zone 20-29°C, the night and day range 10-15°C and the humidity 20-40%. The Leopard gecko (Iguana) hot zone 32-34°C, the cool zone 26-30°C, and the humidity 30-40% (the cave area can moderate upscaling to assist skin skins). Ball python hot zone 28-32°C, cool zone 24-28°C, suitable for 60-70% humidity. These are common spaces and need to be adjusted to age, disease history and environmental size. When equipment is selected, priority is given to a combination of temperature control end and security protection, and the distance between the lamps and the power source is consistent with the caloric output range to avoid direct contact with the flammable material.

Recommended measures for equipment and layout acquisition: thermostat with temperature control, power outage protection, certified heat source and digital thermometer. As far as possible, two-point temperature probes are used to measure partitions. Thermal, cold and wet areas in the box are clearly partitioned, and hot areas are placed on the side or opposite of the skin, feeding, activity-intensive areas to ensure a smooth flow of air. Distances and shades: Thermal sources are kept at a safe distance from reptiles, avoid touching, and can be protected from burns. Temperature and wet control uses thermostats/timers, setting up different stages during the day and at night to ensure a stable temperature differential between day and night. Local moistification combined with wet tank/wet material (e.g. wet moss, wet paper towel bags) while avoiding wet water accumulation throughout the box. Monitoring and maintenance of daily recording of humidity values, attention to fluctuations in heat source work and regular calibration of thermomometers. Lights, probes, wire insulation are checked every 1-3 months, and light bulbs are replaced as they expire in time to avoid abrupt failure. In case of abnormal temperatures (unusually high or low), aerobics, smoke-smokes, jumps and broken lamps, the emergency response and premeditation immediately cut power, opened ventilation, and briefly moved pets to the Temporary Security Zone to contact the veterinary doctor.
