In order to follow up on the requirements of the provincial council ' s inspection and rehabilitation and the municipal council ' s instructions for the management of dogs, to further regulate the area ' s dog-keeping order and to ensure the effective maintenance of the community ' s security environment, the City Yang Public Security Directorate, in conjunction with its initiative to create an exemplary city of civilization, organized a month-long special canine-keeping operation throughout the region from 10 May 2021, and organized a centralized awareness campaign on the theme “Scientific-civilization dogs as responsible pet owners” on 4 June in front of the Jiagen supermarket.
At the event, the Civil Police conducted a public information campaign to inform the community about the care of civilized dogs, the ban on dogs, public canine areas, the rules they observe and the registration of dogs, and patiently informed the general public about how to raise civilized dogs, and the observance of laws and regulations. It also reminds the general public not to raise a forbidden dog, not to carry any dog out, not to disturb only the population, not to enter a restricted public area with dogs, not to use the towed rope, etc., to adopt a civilized dog, and not to violate the regulations governing dogs. The focus has attracted a large number of people and children from the community, and you asked me to respond positively and to have a good publicity effect. Following this intensive campaign, the CIVPOL, together with the staff of the relevant units of the City Enforcement Service, reached out to the surrounding communities and carried out awareness-raising campaigns on the law in the property offices and in the homes of the population.
As a result of the campaign, more community residents were made more aware of the importance of civilized dogs and of the regulations governing canine rearing, including procedures for the annual examination of dogs. The order of dogs in the Bailiwick has been regulated, the legal, civilized and scientific concept of dog-keeping has been extended to the public and a good basis has been laid for the maintenance of a civilized and harmonious community environment. Residents have expressed the view that they will influence their relatives and friends with dogs through their own practical actions, together with the law, civilization and science, to contribute to efforts to create a good community environment.
Link I: Range of dog certificates
Except for the types of dogs that are specifically prohibited, dogs are registered and unlicensed dogs are found to be “penalized, not altered” or fined or confiscated only for serious treatment. When you register your dog information, you shall bring your dog to the dog registration service established by the public security organs of your district and submit the following information:
(i) Legal and valid identification documents such as household registers, identity cards or residence certificates;
(ii) A certificate of ownership of the house at the dog-keeping site, a lease for the house or a residence certificate for another legally exclusive dwelling.
Those who raise more than two dogs in compliance with article 5, paragraph 3, of the Aoshima City Dog Regulations shall also submit the certificate of immunization of the dog issued by the animal and veterinary department prior to 1 October 2016; those who do so shall also submit the PRC Disability Certificate. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Aoshima City Dogs Regulation and the Shandong Department of Finance and the Shandong Province Prices Board, " Reconfirmation of agreement to collect a fee for dog dog management services in Aoshima City " , our city canine management services are charged by the Public Security Department and are subject to a one-time levy, with a specific standard of $400/only. The management of dogs is closely linked to the life of the people and is an important expression of the urban management and security environment, and it is expected that the dogs will be actively engaged in obtaining dog certificates for their loved ones, in accordance with the law and regulations.
