On 8 October, Ms. Zhang reportedly claimed that her dog had been taken secretly by a girl and eventually reported to the police through multiple surveillance that the dog ' s jaw and teeth had been broken and her tongue was about to be cut off.
Ms. Zhang said: “The dog's teeth were broken when it was found, and both his jaw and tongue were cut off. Girls around 11 years of age are left unattended, stealing from us and stealing from dogs and stuff.”
Ms. Zhang stated that the dog had undergone surgery but had not yet passed the dangerous period and that it might not be able to eat on its own. The police also educated the girl critically, who often stole and many businesses reported to the police but had no choice.
