There's a woman on the west coast of the United States who likes small animals very much and who's upset about stray animals on the street. Every pet owner is able to shoulder his or her responsibilities, and some have left them on the street because of the disease.
She created her own animal support station, often helping animals abandoned by their owners on the street, and heard that there was a dog in an animal support station in California that was about to die of comfort.
The dog suffers from spinal degenerative disease and is not adopted. The woman was determined to take the dog to her own rescue station and made her own wheelchair, which allowed the dog to walk like any normal dog in everyday life.
