As the standard of living improves and material needs are met, many people become more demanding in their spiritual lives, resulting in an increasing number of people raising pets such as cats and dogs. This would have been a good thing, but the personal qualities of some pet owners have not improved, constraining the behaviour of their pets, creating conflicts with the surrounding people and environment, and becoming a social problem.

On 5 December, one such incident occurred in a small area of the Sian, where a couple walked a dog in the neighbourhood without a dog rope and engaged in a dispute with the rest of the community.
All those with dog experience know that dogs need a certain amount of exercise every day, and that's why they have to be taken out for a walk. If there's no dog rope, a lot of dogs go around in a good way, as do the two dogs. A family was walking near them, and two dogs saw the children and jumped. The boy's father consciously kicked the dog out of his feet, watching the dog jump on his own child.
The father's actions provoked the couple, and there was an argument.
The father of the child asks, "Your dog is more expensive than my child."
And the couple said, "My puppy is golden, more expensive than your baby." What happened to my baby?"
According to the other owners of the district and the pet dog owner, the couple had two dogs, often walking without a tie, and the other owners had kindly warned them, but they had ignored the conflict, which could be expected.
The little girl's father came to the police when he saw the other's arrogance.
Following an on-site investigation, the authorities temporarily detained two dogs, fined the couple $1,300, and ordered that the dog-keeping certificate be processed within the prescribed time frame.
Following this incident, there was widespread interest among netizens, many of whom felt that they were too low-quality for couples to have dogs. The view was also expressed that there should be greater regulation of dog-raising and that severe penalties should be imposed for such acts as leaving the house without a dog. There are also individual netizens who say they refuse to have dogs in order to give humanity a safe living environment.
The response to this event has been due to the increasing number of conflicts over pet dogs in recent years, which have affected their own quality of life and even their physical integrity. Before that, there were a number of incidents this year like "dogs are expensive" that were hotter:
At the beginning of July, in a small area of Anhui port, the dog Zhou, who claimed to be the wife of the master of the Badizhou dinner, had not taken the dog to the dog, and the dog had only suddenly stormed on a girl at the entrance of the building, at least the girl had been frightened, had a quarrel with each other's parents and had a fight with each other, saying something out of her mouth: “You touch my dog, I'll stab your child, I'll do a couple of badges, I'll pay tens of millions of dollars.” Finally, Zou Yi was held in administrative detention at a local police station.
In September, Anyang Henan, an old grandmother who was almost eight years old, was bitten by two big dogs while walking around the block, while the owner of the dog, one of whom was a public official, refused to admit at the scene that the grandmother's family had requested the intervention of the local media, and that all kinds of scavengers, “scrambling” or even “connecting” had been passively handled by the authorities concerned. Following the ferocious situation, a special working group was set up in Anyang City to investigate the matter, and Wang was eventually given serious warning, dismissal and removal from law enforcement positions, and several cadres were held accountable and two dogs were held in custody.
It is not hard to see whether the Sian's "dog Biva Kings" incident or the "dogs scolding" incident, or the "dog biting" incident, are rooted not in pet dogs, but in the poor quality of their owners.
Personal opinion:
There is a saying that the dog is the best friend of humanity and that the dog, though he does not speak, is loyal, is the most warm companion to the master when he is alone, is in the care of the house when the owner is not home or resting, and does not play with his heart and heart, and that many even see the dog as their loved ones and spiritual trust, and is the most faithful listener, and the pet dog is unblemished. That is why it is more important to restrain their dogs, especially in public places, to observe the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations and not to allow their beloved dogs to affect the physical safety of others and to avoid conflict, so that they are truly responsible and able to become qualified pet owners.
Dogs are not a problem, but civilized dogs and polite dogs cannot cause safety risks to others.
