The women living in the United States and their husband had always wanted to have a second dog, but they were not sure if they could take care of the two dogs, so they decided to take care of the family and adopt their second dog if they were successful.
I didn't think people were the best. They didn't think they were fit to take care of themselves.
BandForAnimal found Toby in a shelter because of the full size of the cage, which had to be held in a cage without heating equipment outside the room during the harsh winter.
When BandForAnimal took him out, he arranged for him to fly to the United States to stay in the United States for a while, and Toby came to Ann's home.

Ann said, "When I learned that there were already two families interested in Toby, I couldn't imagine how sad my husband would be after sending Toby away. He's a good man who's always thinking of others, who's never really fought for anything for himself.
So Anne decided to sneak up on Toby's official adoption, she contacted the staff of the association, and she was happy that they were willing to adopt Toby, and she said she would do her best to help Ann's surprise plan! When the association sent a family visit to complete the formal adoption procedure, she told her husband that the adoption applicant wanted to visit Toby. As soon as the staff arrived at their house, they gave Ann his husband a card, and after reading it, he found out that he could leave Toby.
Toby also seemed to feel the excitement of being with him.
I was supposed to surprise my husband, but I didn't think it would turn out to be so moving! And even though they have failed for the first time, they have met an irreplaceable family.
