Mom said she found this when she went out to practice early in the morning, when the dog was screaming in a cage and she didn't see the owner, and when she saw the dog, she asked around about the dog.
One of the next sanitation workers said that the dog had been left here early in the morning, that it was abandoned, that Mom was kind and that she was the least used to abandoned pets, that she wanted to take them home and adopt them, and that she was saying she had an awkward smile, that she was afraid that I and Dad would disagree.
